Win a Spin Cart Birthday Party To Go: Official Rules

1. Sponsor. The Spin Cart, Florida (thespincart.com, hello@thespincart.com).
2. Who can enter. Legal residents of Florida who are 18 or older and the parent or guardian of the child the party is for. Sponsor's family members and household members cannot enter or win.
3. How to enter. Scan the QR code at The Spin Cart table or go to thespincart.com/win. Complete the short form with your first name and mobile phone number. Limit one entry per person and per phone number. Extra or automated entries are void. We do not ask for any information about your child.
4. Entry period. Opens Oct 31 2026 and ends 5:00 PM ET on Mon Nov 2 2026. Sponsor's clock is the official clock. All entries received before this change remain valid, and the limit of one entry per person and per phone number applies to the whole entry period.
5. Drawing. On Mon Nov 2 2026 at 6:00 PM ET, Sponsor will draw one winner and 2 alternates at random from all eligible entries, using a random number generator. The draw will be filmed in one take and posted as a video on Instagram (@thespincart) right after. Watching the video or following the account is not required to win. The video will show only the winner's first name and the last 2 digits of their phone number, never the entry list. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. How the winner is told. By text and phone call to the number entered, by Nov 3 2026. The winner has 72 hours to reply. If the winner doesn't reply, can't be reached, or isn't eligible, the next alternate drawn becomes the winner.
7. Prize. One prize: a Spin Cart Birthday Party To Go, which is fresh cotton candy made by The Spin Cart for up to 15 kids, ready for pickup or delivered within our service area (Sarasota to Englewood, FL). The date is picked together and depends on availability. The prize must be used by April 30, 2027, and is forfeited after that date. Approximate retail value (ARV): $275. No cash value. Not transferable. No substitutions, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed.
8. Food and safety. Cotton candy is made from sugar and may contain flavorings and colorings. Ingredient and allergen details are available on request at hello@thespincart.com. The parent or guardian is responsible for supervising the children and for any food allergies.
9. Photos. Sponsor will not take or post photos or video of the winner or of any children without a signed release from the parent or guardian.
10. Your information. Used only to pick and contact the winner. We text or call you about this giveaway only. You get Spin Cart news by text only if you checked the box, and checking it is not required to enter or win. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. We never sell your information.
11. General. By entering, you agree to these rules. Sponsor may cancel or change the giveaway if fraud or a technical problem affects it. Winner is responsible for any taxes. To the extent allowed by law, Sponsor is not responsible for lost or late entries. Florida law governs. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from all liability.
