City park shelters can be reserved through Sarasota Parks and Recreation for birthdays, baby showers and family gatherings. When you reserve, ask whether outside food vendors are allowed and whether the shelter has power. Planning something bigger on city property? Can you come to a Sarasota city park party?
Yes, when the park allows outside food vendors and the shelter has power. City shelters can be reserved through Sarasota Parks and Recreation. Ask about vendor rules and electricity when you reserve. Travel inside the city is free.
Do you serve office and downtown Sarasota events?
Yes. We bring the cart to office gatherings, grand openings and downtown celebrations when there is a flat spot about 6 by 6 feet and a standard outlet within 25 feet. No outlet nearby? Ask us. Send the address with your inquiry and we will confirm the setup.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to four weeks is ideal. Weekends fill first. A 50% deposit holds your date and the balance is due 7 days before your event.
